I couldn't find some of my program disks, the technician downloaded
free applications, which are working great. He was here for 3+ hours
and made sure that everything worked before he left. The computer is 4
years old and i didn't want to pay as much for the repair as I would
buying a new computer. I got out of it for about $350, including the
new hard drive that I bought from Dell. So, I think I did well. I also
like the fact that they will do remote work, so when I get into a jam I

Darby arrived on schedule and got busy assessing my computer problems.
After getting my laptop running and once again talking to my printer,
she addressed my problem of having outdated technology. I want to but a
new laptop and printer, and Darby made suggestions as to what I should
look for when I make my purchases and the approximate cost of each.
Once I make my purchases, I plan to have her return to my house and get
everything set up and connected . I am technologically challenged, so
Darby's assistance was, and is, greatly appreciated. I have already
recommended her to a friend who has also raved about how easily Darby

checked the computer and ascertained that while fixable, the cost would
be about the same as a new computer. She said she could order a new
screen for the laptop. In the meantime fashioned a usable computer by
attaching my working monitor to my working laptop. It was strange
looking, but it worked! I had her check out computers for me, she got
back to me in a day with a couple of options. I ended up not replacing
the PC, but purchasing a docking unit for the laptop. She did all the
purchasing and then returned to put everything back together including
copying all my data from my PC hard drive onto the laptop. She found a
couple good deals on Amazon for my to consider regarding a printer and
another laptop power cord. Since I am not very knowledgeable about
